Send a message to my old email account and see the nasty redirect message it sends you less than two seconds later. It was a while since I had used it and I forgot all about that mess, which is I rather foolishly connected it to my email address. At the city hall, Sims can get a job in the political career, take a charisma class, change their own and their children's names (both first and last), register to be self-employed in a skill career and. It's also a main landmark in the towns and was featured in many promotional videos and snapshots for The Sims 3. I didn't ditch it since I really didn't care all too much about a youtube account. A city hall is the chief administrative building of neighborhoods in The Sims 3. So I was essentially sharing my account with some unknown person for about a year. And before that, it was hacked again sometime in 2009-two different IPs were logged in at the same time. My account was hacked soon after Google started binding our Google and Youtube accounts together. Not sure why he would attach it to my old Youtube though, so I'm siding with it being an anti-fan of sorts.Īnd I’m quite sure the blog was indeed a link on my old Youtube page Jasumi. I also think, in addition to it possibly being a simmer who dislikes me, that it also could have been a cousin of mine who made the blog since he is a conspiracy theorist. 1.) I am an administrator on Sim Oasis 2.) The picture of that sim was my old avatar 3. I posted an image of that sim on a picture thread on Sim Oasis (at a larger size of course), so that’s where they managed to get it. I believe an “anti-fan” created that blog and swiped my avatar for the intent of making me out to be a crazed conspiracy theorist. Ghins Crossing may not be done yet but it brings 5 Plumbobs from Sims 3 Pics. I know who made the post about me on the blog you mentioned, but I’m going to be civil and not call them out.Ģ.) The picture of that sim was my old avatarģ.) I was never banned from the official forum, it was a suspension for linking to MoreAwesomeThanYouīut here’s the problem-I’ve never seen that other blog about “reptilians” in my life. The world so far is featuring a lot of cool custom houses and the landscape detail is really great too. But then, of course, they took offense to what I said and tried to throw as much dirt on my name as they could. I found this part quite pleasant and could imagine spending a few hours here with friends or with a date. What happened is that I made (what I thought was a decent reply) to another user on the Official forum about why it makes perfect sense that EA can't allow us to reveal content from personal blogs on the forum. However Maui and the sims beyond Oahu look much more up to date. And though I know others have different opinions, I personally don't think that old designs and builds stand the test of time well. Oahu looks quite dated, both in terms of the public areas, the landscaping and the villas.
#SIMS 3 WORLDS OAHU SERIES#
The overall look and feel is really what you'd expect, a series of tropical islands with rentals, beaches with public areas, bars and a restaurant, and beach sports activities. Overall look and feelĪs mentioned, the Oahu Vacation Resort is part of a large group of Hawaiian themed sims, beyond Oahu for example you will find Maui (where a sign explicity tells you that it's not the same place as the infamous swingers' place). I finally managed to come back for a closer look, and my conclusion now is that the Hawaiian themed sims Oahu forms part of are worth a visit, but not a stay.

I originally featured it back in November as part of a list of resorts that are a possibility for longer (several weeks as opposed to days) stays. The Oahu Vacation resort is somewhere I've been wanting to review for a while.
